Mark is a licensed attorney in the State of New York and practiced real estate and corporate law from 1984 to 1988. From 1988 to January 2006, Mark acted as an Asset Manager and Investment Analyst in a number of New York City Firms. He received his NASD Series 7, 63 and 55 licenses and has substantial expertise in corporate finance and investment banking. Mark joined Millennium Settlements in 2006 as a Settlement Consultant.
Mark graduated in 1984 from Brooklyn Law School and received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Economics from George Washington University in June 1984. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the NSSTA.
