Brian Schachter is a practicing plaintiff's trial attorney in New York with extensive experience in all aspects of the litigation process, and a partner in the law firm of Schachter & Levine, LLP. He has also received his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, and is the co-founder of Esquire Settlement Services, an affiliate of Millennium Settlements. As a settlement consultant, Brian has brought together this wide range of credentials and experience to help injured people and their attorneys craft customized strategies and solutions in the settlement process.
Brian received his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1994, and began his private law practice in 1995. He has been published on the New York Law Journal Extra web site, and has lectured for the Brooklyn Bar Association and the NY State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is an active member of NSSTA, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
