Randy Levine is a practicing plaintiff's trial lawyer in New York, a partner of Schachter & Levine, LLP, and a founding partner of Esquire Settlement Services, an affiliate of Millennium Settlements. He also has his Series 7 and 66 licenses. Randy's extensive experience as a trial attorney in a wide range of personal injury and medical malpractice cases offers a thorough understanding of all the issues faced by attorneys and their clients. Prior to forming Schachter & Levine, LLP, Randy was a senior litigator for a medical malpractice defense firm. As a result, he brings a unique perspective to the settlement and negotiation process, having worked for both plaintiffs and defense claims professionals.

Randy received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1994 and was honored to win the Nassau Academy of Law's 1993 Moot Court Competition and a Certificate of Distinguished Merit. Randy has published and lectured with the Practicing Law Institute and with the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is an active member of NSSTA, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
