Kevin Dwyer is a plaintiff settlement consultant who joined Millennium Settlements in 2008. He works with plaintiff attorneys and their clients who have fallen victim to personal and workers compensation injuries. His responsibilities include informing plaintiff attorneys on the concept of plaintiff controlled structured settlements and attending mediations and settlement conferences to assist in resolving cases. He specializes in the evaluation, design and negotiation of structured settlements, analyzes life care plans and vocational rehabilitation reports and has expertise working with Special Needs Trusts and Medicare Set-Aside Trusts.
Kevin was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Georgia. He currently lives in Atlanta with his wife, Dawn and his daughter, Jacqueline.
