Ms. Duke practices in Texas as a settlement consultant with Millennium Settlements. She also maintains a general financial planning practice in Houston, Texas through The K Corporation, and a specialized practice of planning for families of individuals with disabilities. Naomi’s extensive knowledge in special needs planning, court-created trusts, structured settlements, and governmental benefit protection, provide her attorney-clients with the confidence that they are providing the best resource they can for the long-term wellbeing of their own clients.
Naomi is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM, registered investment advisor, series 7 and 66 licensed, and holds a Group 1 insurance license.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA from Concordia University in Austin, Texas, studied financial planning at Rice University in Houston, Texas successfully completing the CFP® bard examination, and studied Special Needs Planning at the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
